Affordable Sustainable Houses

Bamboo Groove Housing develops affordable, sustainable, modern style houses with  Intermodel Steel Building Units, (ISBU”S) and plantation bamboo as main construction materials. The basic structure is made with one, two or more ISBU’S.
The treated bamboo poles, Guadua are used for the roof design.
Insulated ISBU’S have the highest R value are ISO certified and made out of casted
steel and aluminium.

Our designs are sustainable. Bamboo is a renewable resource and the used insulated shipping containers (ISBU”S) are gettting a second life. The designs can easily be modified to meet personal requirements.

On request we develop complete new designs and implement extra sustainable features like the re-use of greywater and wind/solar energy.
